Dorothy is such a sweetheart. She bakes everything in house and makes delicious coffee. You can tell how passionate she is about her coffee and how she worked hard to source the best local beans to roast. And her prices are sooo reasonable. Deserves more love!
I like my lattes sweeter and she recommended the English toffee for me which I enjoyed. Had it with a cheese scone. Will be back to study here one day 🙂

January 20, 2026What a great Cafe! I got the Grilled Italian Panini and my gal got the grilled cheese sandwich. Both were sooo good.
We got them to go, but the cafe is also pristine level of cleanliness inside and seems like a nice place in general.
The lady running the shop is very pleasant to chat with, as an added bonus.

December 16, 2025Honestly I found this little hole in the wall a little under a year ago, one visit is all I needed , by far the best cafe to visit in Cloverdale and I’d argue in the lower mainland. Dorothy is a breath of fresh air, you can see the passion come out in the quality of everything they offer, but more importantly she treats you like one of her regulars even if it’s your first time through. Would recommend to anybody, 11/10!

December 12, 2025Cozy little shop with an amazing homey environment. It felt like walking in to a family member’s kitchen, first I was greeted with a warm hello and seasonal baked goods! I loved hearing about the originals recipes carried down from personal experiences and trusted bakers! The prices were reasonable and appropriate; allowing me to purchase two medium sized drinks for around 10$ with a reward system in place using a stamp card for each purchase. If you have the time sit down and have a conversation about the thoughtful process of this shop and the inspiring woman Dorthy behind it all; grab some coffees or a home style baked good and other deliciously thoughtful snacks/foods. Thank you for the experience I’ll be back! <3
